• Once you register with us, we send you an email, on the registered email-id, containing your registered email-id & password (along with OTP).Kindly look up your mail box for such mail. If not, you can send us a mail from the HELP section, mentioning your registered name, password, country and contact number and after verifying the same, we shall revert to the mail giving you your registered email-id.
• In case of forgot password, simply click on forgot password and re-type your registered email-id. We will send you a link on that email-id, using which you can reset your password!

Since you cannot login to go to the HELP section, we suggest you to send us an email at hsnc@admissiondesk.org from your registered ID explaining the problem and we shall revert back within 24 working hours.

• Required documents depend majorly on the registered category.*click here* to download a document with detailed explanation for each category. However in case you're applying for a masters course, you shall also be required to submit details upto your bachelor's degree/ under grad & graduation.
• We do not offer admissions for PhD course as yet.

First check should be for the file size and acceptable format.If you're still unable to upload a particular trancript, we expect the scanned copy to have become a corrupted file.Kindly re-click a photograph of or re-scan the transcript and try to upload again.Also ensure it's not a password protected file.If none of this is the case, kindly raise a ticket from help section/send us an email at hsnc@admissiondesk.org with subject - TRANSCRIPT from your registered e-mail ID

We do understand that a few boards release final results a little later than the rest.In this case we suggest our students to upload their pre-board/ preliminary/equivalent results temporarily and apply for eligibility.However, College allocation shall be done based on final marksheet only, so ensure that you upload your final marksheet as soon as it is received by you.In any other case, admission shall be subject to cancellation.
